****** by an alarm installation company

This complaint is against DTT Systems who is subcontracted by Blue International Security. In the year 2014 I had DTT Systems outdoor beams to value of R14 743.Ever since the installation the system never worked properly which kept tripping causing the neighborhood to complain. The installer Denver Fancis kept reassuring us that he would sort it out and there was nothing wrong with the system . He lead us on for 3 years until we could not take it any longer and asked him to remove it. He again assured us that we will get back half our money upon the sale of these items. From October 2017 till this day 10 June 2018 he played us R2 000 and refuses to pay a cent more. We have since then contacted Blue International Security who said they cannot help due to the nature of our transaction. We are absolutely distraught about losing R12 000 to a person who posed to be a good Samaritan and a friend. All I wanted was at least the half I was promised.
