********. They promised to help me remove my Debt review. Requested a letter confirming my file number with them till to date. I have not received it. I was told that the admin staff will assist me and nothing happens. You call the phones are not answered and when answered its empty promises. I think that it is really disgusting to play on the emotions and trust of people who really need help.
