DTR Online ******** - Claiming to remove you from debt review

I recently signed up for the DTR Online debt removal services. They called me advertizing their services and how efficient they are. I ended up signing up because I want to be removed from debt review. Few days after signing up I called them because I had some questions to ask, but they were not there to answer up to today they are not taking my calls. Even the "consultant" who signed me up doesn't respond to my whatsapp messages and he doesn't take my calls. On the 14th October, I spoke to a Wayisha who is a consultant there, I asked her for their NCRDC reg number. She couldn't provide me and kept stuttering and making all sorts of excuses. She then said they will cancel my contract with them. I asked that she sends me a confirmation for cancellation and notification for debicheck cancellation, still today it is not done. When I called my bank, they also confirm that the service provider has not cancelled it. They suggested I call them again and request that they do it, of which I called them again a few minutes ago..still they are not available..their numbers don't go through. I tried calling yet again the "consultant" who dealt with my account. He is not taking my calls and just reads my watsapps....this is a ****!!!!
