I bought a brand new radiator desember 2015 from DTM SPARES LOCATED IN VAN DER HOFF RD. In the same month it started leaking not because of the installation but a fault on the bottom water tank. I got in contact with MADELEEN the women who sold a previous radiator that was pathed with plastic and the wrong radiator. With the time i have waited a month for MADELEEN FROM DTM SPARES to come back to me with a new one. I HAVE WAITED NOW FROM THE 2nd of January for a new radiator or my money back. Every time I leave massages i get ignored or empty promises like i will pay your money in today, tomorrow i will send someone to pay your money in by 9 ? clock. Again after yesterday i have asked nicely again im being ignored. MADELEEN IM NOT GOING TO STOP HERE. You are quick to take my money but your service sucks seriously. I have send alot of people your way for business for you. I hope they dont get the same service as me.
