Think twice before you take your vehicle to DTM Renault Strand.

My Renault sandero with 70000 km on the clock broke down this weekend with engine trouble. I took it to DTM. They said I cannot drive the vehicle until its fixed. They did warn me it can take a week or longer. I tried to get a courtesy car. They were not interested to try and assist me. I tried all day to get hold of the dealer principal. I left numerous messages. No luck. It is going to cost me thousands to rent a car until mine is fixed. Poor service and bad attitude. Will not advice anybody to service there. I am done with them.
