Car problem with DTM AUTO TECH

In May 2019 I had a problem with my car so I took it to DTM AUTO TECH in brits to get it fixed. After 2 days they sent me a quotation which state that I have to pay atleast 60% so they can start fixing my car. I paid the money after and when I called them they told me they changed their bank account since the was ***** in it but after 2days they told they received the money into that account even though the was an internal ***** that was happening in their business.

The owner promised that he will sources out for parts and start fixing my car. 3 months later my car was still there and not fixed. When I visited the business the owner showed me the car even though some parts were removed and he said he is busy looking for the part to fix it. Now it's being close to a year since I took my car to be fixed but up to today my car is not yet fixed,. when I call the business the owner is always not around and when I call him on his cellphone he doesnt answer my calls or get back to me.
