DO NOT USE DTG PRINTING SA!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! 1 star is even too much as a rating! They are based at 23B, 2nd ave, Linboro Park, Sandton, JHB, 2090. Their number is ***.

Their service is pathetic and they refused to give me a refund on the products I have received. They claim to do direct to garment printing on clothing items.

Firstly, the garments I received have very clear defaults on the printing of the 2 hoodies. You can see clearly that the colour of the print did not print properly, as the prints were faded compared to the 2 T-shirts ordered - and I had to pay extra for them to do printing on black garments. The weight and thickness of the 2 hoodies were also very different.

Secondly, their sizes are extremely small! I ordered a size up on both the T-shirt and the hoody, and both were too small and do not fit. They are definitely NOT true to size.

Thirdly, the one T-shirt I received had a hole in it - which was most likely damaged by the courier company.

After complaining to the business and asking for a full refund based on the above faults, I was refused. I paid R1500 for this service!!! They said I was looking for defaults and that the hole in the one T-shirt was not their fault and is not their problem. When I complained to say I would be taking this further, I got a ****y response of "You do that" with a thumbs up.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! After investigating further, I have discovered that they are actually the business called Kelvin Printers that previously ****med people. Be careful!!
