DTF bad attitude and disgusting service

Absolutely disgusted in DTF security... they manage the security at our complex last night by boyfriend found a guy in my yard looking through my sliding door trying to get in so we rush to the security to call them and they slowly come strolling down the road while we have the guy ... on of the other guards that is here in the complex they put in him the back of the bakkie... we then got told that a reaction office was on his way...I called thecops myself and we'll done to saps on being here before our security company got here... the officer didn't say ONE WORD to us didn't even ask us what happened...he completely ignored us!!!!! Disgusted in the useless service and utter attitude of the people in this company ! This is OUR lives!!!! Thank the Lord that he didn't get in before my boyfriend came home!!! I no longer feel safe in my own home due to the terrible service and attitude of this so called armed response company
