DT Online Pty Ltd Namibia - Zero Customer Service

I will never use this online shop again in my life. I ordered and paid for my product via their online platform, and was given the run around for 6 months without any joy as to the delivery date of my product, despite numerous emails and even an in-person meeting with the MD of this company. The wholesaler who services this Online supplier eventually felt pity for me and arranged that the product was sent to me and I ended up paying for the import duty as well. The MD, nor any of his staff, answer emails, Whatsapps, phone calls. I asked the supplier to refund me this money I paid extra to get my goods at the Courier Company, but promises are made to refund but that also never happens. Their phone numbers are never answered, and they do not even operate from the premises advertised on the website. This is the worst service I have ever received in Namibia - I wanted to support local, but then you live and learn....
