Purchased a house cash yet still no Title Deed

I have been very patient with the whole process of getting the house registered in my name and 7months later, I AM STILL WITHOUT MY TITLE DEED. These are professional and registered businesses but dont show any of what they say they are. I have been calling DT Masuku Attorneys almost every week and leaving messages but to no luck of response. I then turned to the Valumax Agents where i bought the house from and all they say to me is, the Attorneys are not picking up their phones. So as a customer who paid LOADS of money for the house and both parties receiving their commission, Am I now supposed to run around and do their dirty work of which they got paid for? I am at my utmost disgust at how they operate. ITS APPAULING SERVICE!!!
