Terrible service from DT Express

Courrier company comes to my driveway. I have to BEG them to drive up. i have to BEG them to get out the vehicle to load a smallish box and 2 SMALL items. ONE person gets out to deal with me and loads by himself while the driver and OTHER assistant sit in the cab. Then I HAVE TO ASK what I SIGN. I get given a blanks sheet of paper. Driver has BIG attitude. Terrible service. WOW.
