POOR CLIENT GUIDANCE.

I believe I was misled by this company as it did not have my well being as a client at its heart. I tried to file a patent and I accept I did not do a proper research.. This company was aware of that and did not advise me to do a further research. It went on and took my money knowing very well that the patent will not succeed. loosing R13 000 and something is not nice.
