Disappoint for praising DT Debt - But end Result not as good

Disappointing when praising DT Debt for work done and yet when you get to the end of your Debt Review. We went under debt review and came out of it in 2016/7. We asked the admin team to please finalise the debt review and normalise our Home Loan Account. We are married in COP, Bond is joint and yet only my name cleared and my husbands not. When I asked for assistance regarding clearance certificate I was emailed and told it is now my problem. I had problems all the time fighting for some information although payments was made regularly. But getting to the end as promised, you do not get seen through to the clearance of your name. I experienced a lot of problems solving issues and is still battling with my Home Loan.
