ZERO reliability from DSV

I'm so gutted by the responce from dsv. Sent my mom's parcel using the DSV locker thinking its the most reliable and trusted but NO... I had to call for two days to find out where the parcel is apparently the server was down, thats why it didn't update online. When i called the 3rd time as it was already 6 days the parcel has not arrived. To my suprised I was told the vehicle has been hijacked and everything was taken unfortunately they didn't have the number to contact and inform us... I do not understand why the is space on the waybill to write those details down if they will not be used by DSV for records.

The worse was told unfortunately when using the Locker of DSV anything lost, DSV can only pay R250 no matter how much it was. So they will be processing that for us, the pain was to tell my old mother these news. Till today nothing I sent the parcel on the 5th Nov. DSV is really not reliable as i thought....
