Zero communication and no delivery
To my disappointment, I was told by UPS that they contracted DSV as their third party due to drivers being over dispatched. I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered which UPS allegedly handed over to DSV since 11 March 2022. Nobody has bothered contacting me about the whereabouts of my parcel and when I can expect delivery. The service is ridiculously shocking from both UPS and DSV. I'm not sure how you agreed to your SLA's. Get someone to contact me ASAP as I did not pay 90USD for this so-called "express" shipping when I've been waiting for 2 weeks.
