Your service is very poor and inconvenience from management to drivers. In 2022 July I ordered a book from UNISA LIBRARY and the driver did not deliver the parcel, he forged my signature. I am suspended by UNISA because of R1066 of that book. I begged one of your managers by the name of Lulamile to help me to resolve the matter but it seems like she's is not interested, she drops my calls or nor responding to my emails. I'm supposed to graduate on the 30th of march 2023 but I won't because I have to pay R1066 of library debtors.
