Your service is an utter disgrace!!!!
So basically, each time before I receive my parcel from DSV, I have to complain before someone can actually start doing their job. It's almost a week since one of your agents called me to confirm my availability in order for them to deliver my parcel. Exactly 6 days today, and still no sign of my parcel.
