Wrong parcel delivered

<p>Yesterday I called you guys and notified you that the parcel must be returned to the sender, fine. Then I received a call from your driver who was rude and harassed me that he is delivering the parcel told him that I notified you guys that I don`t want that parcel and he dropped the phone on my ear, got to my complex to find that the very same driver decided to harass the security at the gate to sign for the very same parcel that I said I don`t want it to be delivered now the poor guy is in trouble because of that parcel that he signed for because I went and layed a complain about that because of your driver that harassed him to sign for that parcel he might be out of his job.</p> <p>I called again when I got home when I found that parcel and I was advised that the parcel will be collected today early in the morning. Please advise what is going on there because I don`t understand why the parcel was delivered firstly when I clearly notified you guys that I don`t want that parcel.And now I`m also in trouble as well where I`m staying because of your driver.</p> <p><br />I need this parcel to be collected ASAP, why should I suffer for something that I made it clear that I don`t want it.</p>
