Worst Service or should I say NO SERVICE!!!!!!

I wish I could give them a rating of 0 stars. I have been waiting for my credit card since Tuesday. First DSV had the excuse that I was not available for delivery which is absolute *******. Then they promised it would be delivered today and nothing has happened I have phoned 25 times today being cut off then speaking to agents that can’t help. I will now phone Discovery and cancel that card as it is of no use seeing that I’m leaving for Cape Town without it. DSV is an absolute disgrace and you can’t even complain about service as THERE is NONE!!!!!
