Worst service from Makro and DSV EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have purchased a item form Makro as it is birthday gift, it was delayed over 15 days already and i was told it would be delivered by Thursday the latest!!! Wednesday got a sms stating it will be delivered before 5pm! same happen again the next day got a sms it will be delivered and i am still waiting!!! I then called DSV customer service they put me on hold to contact the driver and never got back to me again, i then tried the 2nd time and the same line was given just again they could not get hold of the driver!!!!! I have been waiting for this order over 15 days I had to buy R40 air time just to get a answer i will call you back from the agent. I want my order to be delivered by today!!!! otherwise you can cancel my order and REFUND ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
