Worst service ever - no one contacts me

I ordered a router from MTN in December. DSV delivered it to the wrong address. The person phoned me and told me they received my parcel. I waited for my parcel and until today it has not been delivered. It was takeb back to their warehouse as per update from the person who delivered it incorrectly. In the mean time DSV told the delivery person to leave the company. I phoned DSV yesterday asking where my MTN parcel is. They promised to investigate and phone back. I am still waiting. Its been 3 months and I am getting debited by MTN for nothing. This is the worst service ever DSV!! I want a refund for the MTN service I am not able to use due to your incompetance! Sort this mess out!!!!! I am paying for a contact every month and you did not deliver my device.
