Worst Service Ever!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service. I was scheduled to receive my parcel on Friday morning between 8 and 10am, but nothing arrived. By 11am I had to call the company, who then contacted the driver. He promised to call me back but never did, so I had to phone the company again after 30 minutes. Because I urgently needed the parcel, I sacrificed my time and fuel to meet the driver while he was busy with other deliveries. We agreed to meet, but when I called him he didn’t answer. I had another commitment at 12pm, which is why I had confirmed that delivery would happen before 11am. I eventually had to leave, and only afterwards did the driver call. He then promised to deliver the parcel very early on Monday morning, but that also did not happen. On Monday at 10am, seeing that the parcel still hadn’t arrived, I called the company again and was told the parcel wasn’t even booked for delivery. I was informed I would now have to wait Wednesday. I SO WISH MTN COULD OPT FOR A DIFFERENT COURIER COMPANY.
