Worst service ever

Worst service ever. I have been waiting for a parcel from 29 September and called them on Friday to follow up as I could trace on their website and the status shows delivery failed everyday, after struggle for hours with *********** staff that kept on giving me the wrong information and some dropping off my call instead of transferring the call to the relevant department. I finally got assisted by some lady and was told they didn’t have my contact details which was not true as I was calling out the number she finish it off , however I have her an alternative number and she added it and assured me it will be delivered today but dololo today. I’m stuck in the house waiting for delivery no one calls, it looks likes that the driver is not doing their job, he’s got my number and my address but get lost I guess or don’t even bother. Apparently the parcel is with Gauteng North
