Worst service ever
Worst service ever , I've been waiting for 2 weeks for my router and they keep making announcements and not showing up. Their call center agents are rude and talk to you like they are doing you a favour. I had to take days off when they promise to come and they still don't come. So useless if there was a negative rating I would give them negative 100.
