Worst service and treatment from DSV Road

DSV Road was supposed to deliver my MTN parcel today between 10 and 13:00 but they never came and did not even bother to call me. When I eventually call them myself after 13:00, the lady tells me a wrong driver took my parcel and they will only deliver to me on Thursday.

Now on the client zone it says the delivery failed as if its my fault.

What makes me super angry is that I must spend more money on data while I'm waiting on delivery and because some driver decided to have a joyride with my parcel and still I must accept that he can only attend to me on Thursday.

Really feel like cancelling the order. If only MTN would pay me back my money.
