Worst Service

On the 17th of December at 12:45 I booked a collection with UTI and spoke to Kaletso,I only book express collections as I know its a 1 day duration period to Welkom.I was assured that the delivery date would be the 18th which was Friday.I then spoke to Xaba Thulane and I told him that the person on the receiving side won't be at the address on the monday the 21st. I submitted a changed address for Ackermans Goldfields Mall just so that somebody could receive this important package.I paid for an Express delivery and UTI has delivered my package up to know.I have lost my client because of the poor service from UTI not delivering. Everytime I called the call centre to speak to a supervisor or manager today I got put on hold and wasn't helped.There is words describing how I feel.<br> My customer number is 033705
