Worst service

Worst service! I've been waiting for my mtn parcel since Friday last week, calls are dropping and they sending me smses that I cannot be reached and that I must contact them. I contacted back immediately several times and I'm told that my parcel is in Cape Town and they will escalate it, I've been told this 5 times already everytime I'm calling, one of the agents called me and said she can't hear me, she will call me again, waited and still haven't received a call back. Useless of them sending me sms that I must call to arrange appointment then again when I call back they are unable to help but I have to wait for days for the cape town office to contact me. I don't know why any company uses them as a service provider. Appaling!
