Worst delivery services

If only I could give a -5. DSV has to be the most unapologetic unprofessional delivery service in history. I missed a delivery on the 01.10.2025 due to unforeseen circumstances and was told 3rd party can't collect on my behalf ( understandable). I called on 02.10.2025 to reschedule was given the 04.10.2025 between 08:00 and 13:00. I was at the delivery address until 15:00. No delivery came. No communication from DSV was provided. I tried call with no luck, this held me up and I had to cancel other appointments. Today (06.10.2025). I called again expecting that they'd be decent enough to deliver today but Nooooo. They only have a date for 07.10.2025 which is an inconvenience to me. I asked why the package was not delivered on said date, I was arrogant told that i had missed the appointment and the driver called me around 13:45. Which is a lie, I told the client rep I would be more then happy to send through my call history because I was not called. DSV has the worst service and even worse client reps. I fo t understand why companies still use them after all the negative revies . I'll be sure to decline any future deliveries they will be made through them. This
