WORST delivery SERVICE EVER!!

Worst company to ask to deliver a package. They say 1 to 3 days but they don't. They pick it up on the 22 December and on the tracking app is different answer as what the call center agent advised us. The package will only be delivered 28 Dec. 7 days later. They are a courier company but only work normal office hours. This is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. Will never use their services ever again. I suggest you you change your promise of delivery time to 7 days and then people can decide if they will wait so long.
