worst delivery service
I had issues from the start, they collected the parcel late from the bybox facility. Only collected today after I even inquired why I dont have a tracking number. Even today my parcel has not been delivered. They tell you about processes that only suit them when they want. Do not ever use their service, no peace of mind. They tell you about extra costs etc.
