Worst delivery company of them all

DSV is hands down the worst courier company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered a pair of New Balance shoes over a week ago. They were estimated to be delivered on the 27th, and did not arrive - despite the delivery status being "on schedule".

The following day, they went out for delivery and around 2pm I received a call from the DSV driver saying they "thought" my address was in a different area therefore cannot complete the delivery, and would do so on Monday the 31st. The delivery status then changed to "Failed due to incorrect route".

Today, the 31st, the order once again went out for delivery, and once again, at 2pm "failed due to incorrect route". I received no call, or confirmation of my address and the driver apparently made the exact same mistake for the second time now.

My boyfriend had the exact same experience FOUR years ago with DSV, I cannot believe they have remained in business despite how *********** they seem to be.
