Worst delivery company in South Africa

Hi my name is Musa Hayward I was jus so disappointed in the delivery guy frm dsv by the name of Tebogo he was supposed to deliver my phone from Mtn. He called me in the morning to come downstairs at reception to take my phone. I ask him to come to my unit as I was involved in an accident my leg is injured cant walk properly. And two days back I ask his office about the arrangements for the phone to be delivered to my unit since I was injured and they agreed. Tebogo the driver was rude when he called me to come downstairs not even interested listen to my plea, he said I must come downstairs even though I explained I'm injured he even hang up on me then he left with my phone now I don't even know when I will receive my phone, I regret why I order a phone from Mtn
