Worst customer service
Dsv is the worst when it comes to service delivery, their drivers even lie saying they called when they have not called. I am an unhappy mtn customer who was supposed to have received her new upgraded device but unfortunately dsv ruined a happy moment by not delivering and I had to call at my own cost to find out where my parcel was, and to be told that a new delivery appointment has to be made. What guarantee do I have that it will be delivered at the agreed times seeing that dsv has disappointed me.
