Worst courrier company

Worst company ever. Inefficient. Useless. ***********. I don't understand how MTN and other banks can be using this company for delivery of cards and phones. I was supposed to receive my phone on Friday between 1pm and 4pm. By 3.30pm, still nothing, so I call their call Centre, wait literally for 30mins on the phone and eventually I am told the driver is not in my area and they will allocate another driver who will deliver within the next hour. By 6pm, still nothing. Call center closed so no one can help me and MTN could also not help me. Saturday morning I call the call Centre around 9am and I also wait for literally 45 minutes before they actually give me a response. At 11am someone calls me back and tells me they will make sure it gets delivered by 2pm. Unable to give me the driver's name either as they don't know who is the driver allocated. How useless is this company! I am told they failed to deliver the day before due to ''system failure" My whole day is ruined sitting for this phone to be delivered. Let's see if this phone gets delivered by 2pm. Again useless and ***********.
