Worst Courier Service in South Africa

Honestly the worst experience I've ever encountered with a courier service. I was not surprised when I saw the countless other 1 star reviews complaining about this company. I can't believe that an establishment of this size is still operating with this level of customer service. I was meant to receive my delivery on Thursday the 5th of December, nothing received and no updates were given that day. The next day I still didn't receive anything so I decided to call and inquire about the situation. I was told that the driver "tried" to deliver that day which was complete nonsense as I was home both days waiting to receive the delivery. The driver even **** and said he tried calling me, but this was completely false as I have trucaller and received no calls at any point on that day. I told them that their driver was lying and offered to show my phone records to prove it. They then asked me If I would be home on the Saturday to receive it, I said yes. Guess what, still no delivery. Its now late on Monday afternoon - 4 days after and still no delivery, no updates and I cant even get anyone on the phone to tell me what is going on. Shocking service. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and just use CourierGuy
