Worst courier service ever

I was supposed to receive two FNB cards on the same day. I was called by two different people and I specific asked them to deliver the two cards at the same time. That did not happen as I only received one card and was told that the other card was out with a different driver. The second driver never delivered the card and when I called the call center I was told that I apparently missed the appointment which was a lie as I was waiting in the house the whole day for a delivery that never happened. The call center lady also said she would call me back to sort once they’ve spoken to the driver which also never happened. To make matters worse, the delivery was supposed to be between 2 and 4 however the first driver came to my house at 12:30. They also did not call to tell me they would be coming earlier nonetheless I was still in the house. I am appalled by just how bad the service is.
