Worst courier service ever

The delivery woman by the name of Merrisa Jemane decided to go back with the wifi router she was supposed to deliver to my daughter from MTN, claiming that the proof of adress that was given to her was not proof of adress. We're talking of an adress that contains my daughter's name,and her residential adress,that we retrieved from my Russells account.

I explained to her that my daughter only moved in last month in that place,and l bought her a refrigerator from Russels,online and it was delivered to her. She told me that was not proof of adress.

Could you please school that woman about the meaning of proof of residence. She said my daughter needs to go open a new account, so that she can use that as her proof of residence. How absurd?

I told her she will be liable for any charges that will be incurred on that deal,since she decided not to deliver what was ordered. I hope MTN use other courier companies if they don't want their business to be ruined by the likes of Merrisa who seem not to know what they're doing.
