Worst courier ever!!
Got a phone call on Tuesday 8 January 2019 after also receiving a sms earlier the morning regarding a parcel they received for me from MTN. Been waiting for almost a month now. According to the lady they can only deliver on Friday 11 January 2019 and I'm not allowed to collect. Not even with ID. Phoned MTN. Lady said that it's the first time she heard about that. Other customers get to make arrangements to collect. I've always collected parcels from other couriers without any problems. Ridiculous DSV!!!

09 Jan 2019, 16:42Still not resolved. Phoned me again today claiming that I'm not allowed to pick up my parcel and that they will only deliver on Friday. Contacted MTN as well. Unacceptable!! It's my parcel with my name on, that I paid for!
