Worst courier company in South Africa!!!! I don't even know how they are in business

I have missed two days of working waiting for these people to delivery my UNISA package. Everytime I call them its another lie. The so called supervisor told me he would call first thing in the morning and he gave me his direct line... it wasn't even a valid number and he failed to call me back. I have spoken to multiple agents and each one will tell me a different lie... I gave it to the driver myself it will be at your house in 30 mins , the driver is stuck in traffic at 11am on a Thursday. The package is lost oh wait no they found it its 2mins from your house and that was on Wednesday it is now friday!!! they have kept me on hold in total for over 1.5 hours!
