Worst Courier company EVER!!

I took the day off to collect my package from dsv in which we arranged a time the day before.

The driver never pitched at all throughout the day and from 9:30am to 16:00pm, not a single agent could get ahold of the driver and still cannot get ahold of the driver. All tellers said they would call me back and tell me what was happening, which they didn’t.

I have spoken to the supervisor and she ensured me that she was going to try track the driver and get back to me, I still haven’t received a call back!

This must be one of the worst ever courier companies that I have ever come across.

I still haven’t received my parcel and I have no clue when I will as no body in the company can give me an answer or even let me know when I can expect to receive the parcel.
