Worst Courier Company EVER!

Terrible Service Worst courier company Bad attitudes at customer service Bad entitled attitudes from the drivers Management don't return calls, emails, complaints, grievances at all. We have been asking that the online portal be fixed for over a month now and they haven't bothered with it. Each day the driver refuses to collect our parcels because the waybills are hand written and not printed off the website that isn't working. We are actually told to make use of another courier service.

When calling their contact numbers for all branches there's no answer at CSD - No one answers the phones, you're on hold indefinitely ,no cares, no one gets back to you even when you email your account manager directly.
