Worst courier company
I have had a parcel stashed at DSV Polokwane since 21st December 2018. On numerous occasions, I have contacted DSV and have even received a reference number for the query but alas nothing seems to be happening. Earlier on in 2018, the same DSV Polokwane returned my parcel back to it's point of origin, citing that they had failed to deliver the parcel and yet no attempt was even made to contact me and schedule a delivery. This courier company is the worst in South Africa and dare I say, if you're looking for an efficient courier, look veeeeeeerry far away from DSV

07 Jan 2019, 08:39I don't know if this is some ****genous answer that you provide to every person disappointed with your ****py service but as things stand, I am very much tempted to make this issue a legal issue and involving my legal team. It's been over 3 weeks that you have held my parcel and all the while, you are formulating new excuses each time. I stand by my earlier review and I wouldn't think of making use of you okes again. I'd be damned.
