Worst Courier Company

If the system allowed me to reward NO stars, I would do that. DSV Road Logistics is the WORST courier company ever and do not even deserve 1 star at all. Why ABSA bank employs them to deliver their credit cards, beads me. They made an appointment with me for Tuesday 19 March 2024. The guy phoned me and told me he is 7 minutes out to deliver, I am still waiting. I had to leave my site of working specially for this appointment. They made a 2nd appointment for 26 March 2024 and did not pitch. Today (Thursday 28 March 2024), they phoned for a 3rd appointment, unbelievable! I have lost it. When I ask them who is going to pay for my 2 days of losing income, they said the service provider which is ABSA. All they know is "sorry". Please do not support this horrible company at all they are totally useless and *********** to say the least.
