worst courier

This the worst of the worst courier, I am still waiting for my parcel that was due to me on the 11th of December 2024. I received messages that my parcel will be deliver on this day, I had to be at home to wait for it till end of the day, when I tracked the parcel on the 13th it said "unit returned to branch". I called the call centre I was told that the order given to the wrong driver on the 11th , and on the 12th the driver ran out of time and on the 13th it was returned to the branch. I had to call my supply to report they sent them and email, I recieved an email from DSV on Friday stating that they will follow up on the 17th. I sent an email this morning the 17th to follow up and now it is 12h42 no one has responded to my email.

Reviewer Update
Today is the 19th of December still no parcel received, yesterday at 8h47 I received an sms that saying " your order RUNW-***6 is scheduled for delivery today before 17h00 today" but it did not arrive. This morning I received another message which is the 6th message from the 11th but no parcel. I am so so disappointed and very frustrated. Because I am not getting any help, I get emails but no parcel.
