worst courier

THIS IS THE WORST COURIER COMPANY.!!! I had so much trouble just to receive a package...!! I paid for overnight on the Tuesday morning its Friday and still haven't received my package. I'm a very understanding person so if they would have told me that it's not possible to do the overnight i would've understand instead they take the money and just make you wait..!! And its just impossible to try and reach them the operator answer and says she can't help you she'll put you through to some ****y Manger that just doesn't answer his phone...!!! They don't even deserve the 1 star. Worst Worst Worst courier service ever.
