Worse service

Extremely disappointed with their services. My delivery was scheduled for the 10th of January between 12-2pm. I called them at 5pm as my item was not delivered and was told that the driver had device issues and that they would escalate the matter and that someone would call me in a few minutes, no one called me. Up until now , there has been no communication from them as to why the package was not delivered , nothing! Worse service ever!
