Worse experience

Dsv courier service was the worse ever. Still waiting for my parcel. The courier guy was here on Monday and he was to deliver my package but he told me because of the network issues it's going to take time so he will first deliver other clients and do me last. Since he left he never came back im calling and waiting for answers but no one can assist me telling me they'll get back to me but cant assist me with the guys nr. I have to hear they'll escalate the issue but im still waiting with no luck.
