Worse courier service ever
On the 19th I was called by DSV to inform me that The driver will call me an hour before delivery.
The driver did not contact me.
I contacted DSV and the lines were too busy, so I requested a call back.
DSV couriers called me back 15:29 and i explained to them the situation. They put me on hold for almost 20 minutes then told me that they cannot get hold of the driver and will call me back in 10 minutes.
3 days later they call me telling me they will deliver on Friday 27/12/2024
