Why is UTI using snails to deliver their parcels ????

<p>I have been waiting for a parcel delivery from Cape Town for almost two full days now..........I would like to know what type of vehicle's UTI uses.........snails, people walking by foot ??? Worse case is that it's now 16h15pm, when one phones the Call Centre their systems are offline, and they have no means to contact the driver to find out whats' going on. Apparently my parcel shoudl have been delivered at 10h30am..........it's now 16h16pm.........</p> <p> </p> <p>It's shocking to say the least........and this will be the VERY last time I will make use of them.
