When Can I have my delivery?

I have been waiting for a delivery from DSV since 10 February. Every time I contact them, they just say it is ready on their floor and I should receive it the next day. I am not sure how much longer I should wait!!! Very disgusting service from DSV

It takes 4 days to reply on a complaint. I have now waited 16 days for a delivery and after 7 calls, you can now KEEP my parcel. I do not want it anymore, it is too late now!!! Can't complain about service at DSV as their is NONE!!!!
